The restaurant “Il Cardinale” is located inside the Relais Della Rovere in Colle Val d'Elsa, and offers its customers the best dishes of Tuscan cuisine revisited by our Chef in a gourmet key with local products.
Created in the old cellars of the palace, it is modern and elegant, all tables are carved in wood and the chairs have a purple red damask covering for a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. In warmer periods it is possible to dine outside, in the garden of the Relais, under the stars.
