Palazzo Leopoldo offers the enjoyable opportunity to get to know the Chianti flavors, traditional recipes and thousand-year-old stories that accompany some of the most appreciated dishes in the world: classic Tuscan appetizers, homemade pasta, game dishes and the inevitable desserts. In Italian or English, lasting one day or three days, cooking lessons take place in the palace's realm of taste: the historical kitchen. A final tasting, with a private dinner drinking a good Chianti Classico wine, follows the preparation of the dishes.
