The Palace
The Palace takes its name from its most illustrious guest, Leopold II, Grand Duke of Tuscany. Laid out on three adjacent buildings, it dates back to the late 1200s, when it gave shelter to pilgrims on their way From Florence to Siena. Carefully restored, it keeps the taste of the ancient lords of Tuscany with original pieces of the ancient residence, including frescoes, fireplaces, exposed beams and antique furniture. Amenities are modern and exhaustive, and include, among others, wellness center, indoor swimming pool, gym, restaurant, wine bar, meeting spaces, a solarium with Jacuzzi and a beautiful terrace from which to admire the rolling hills of Chianti.
