In the former church of the palace, among ruins in view and Murano glass chandeliers, the Sopra Le Mura restaurant is a romantic, captivating environment, which devotes its cooking to the best traditional Tuscan food. We carefully choose our ingredients, according to seasonality, selected and locally sourced, masterfully enhanced. Our creative chefs make full use of local historic dishes – pappa al pomodoro, Pecorino cheese, pici, cinta senese, soppressata del Chianti, fiorentina, panpepato – interpreting them with creativity. The choice of wines is wide, with a preference for the best wines from Tuscany.
